*Guaranteed admission to Therme Wien. Ticket sales available until the day before. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SELECT THE CORRECT DATES AS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SUBSEQUENTLY REBOOK FOR A DIFFERENT DAY! We also set aside a block of tickets each day for guests who decide to visit the spa spontaneously. However, waiting times cannot be fully ruled out, depending on how busy the spa is. If your desired day is no longer selectable in the calendar, there is unfortunately no ticket contingent available for your desired rate on this day. This admission ticket is only available on the selected day (as shown on the ticket). It guarantees admission even on the busiest of days. The sales price is dynamic, meaning that it depends on how busy the spa is on any given day, similarly to the model applied for air fares and hotel rooms. Rates may vary as a result. No returns and no cash refunds. Cannot be combined with other offers. Additional services/treatments according to price list. Children’s rates apply to young people aged three to seven. Babies and toddlers aged 2 or under get in for free and do not need to be registered. KIDS MONDAY SPECIAL: one child (aged 3-7) gets in free per adult. No advance ticket required for child under this offer. Offer not available on public and school holidays. Youth rates apply to young people aged 8-13. Children and teenagers aged 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact the spa office at info@thermewien.at for details of correct booking procedures relating to admissions of accompanying persons included in a identity card for the disabled. Please also note that there may be queues at the check-in on busy days, particularly on the weekends, immediately after the spa opens at 9am and at various points throughout the day due to capacity restrictions.
