Here you can cancel an order from our online shop in accordance with § 13a FAGG. Once you have provided all the necessary information and clicked on ‘Revocate Order’, we will process your cancellation immediately. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by email, as well as separate confirmation of the outcome of the cancellation.
